I’ve invested with Experience in 2015 and I must say the offer was too good to be true but I thought I would test the water with one unit. The project in Luton completed in 2017 and I’ve been receiving my rent as promised until last month when I received an email informing all investors that due to Covid-19 many students have now left and they are asking us for a “payment holiday”.

My first reaction was a disappointment but I have seen the effects on COVID at first hand, my children have since returned from University and I have tenants in some of my private properties asking for a similar payment holiday.

I consider myself a reasonable person and have now agreed to the “payment holiday” proposed due to the current circumstances. Thank you James and Nina for always taking the time to talk to me and explain the actual facts. - Gary
