"I invested in L1 University Living and London Park House with Experience Invest based on the high yields achieved by these investments. The buying process was quite straightforward though quite a few changes with recommended lawyers. The monthly rental income as per yield has met my expectations. I would buy a property through them again, as so far, the investment process has been quite smooth. However, I would wait to get the first-hand experience of what happens after the 'fixed rental assurance' period expires, and a new deal is agreed with managing agents. As part of the sales process, I believe, I was told that the income would remain flat or potentially increase but will have to wait and see.
